1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern the use of the E-vent mobile app and the e-vent.art website, published and developed by Final Terminal Bilişim A.Ş. (“Final Terminal”). By signing up for or using the app, you accept these terms.
2. The service
E-vent lets hotels publish their event schedule, lets guests reserve places and leave reviews, and lets hotel teams manage events, staff and reports. Some features may be enabled or limited depending on the hotel’s setup.
3. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create a guest account.
- You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date.
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account. If you think your account has been used without permission, change your password immediately and let us know.
- Staff and manager accounts are created and managed by the hotel’s authorised managers. The hotel is responsible for making sure its users only access information they are authorised to see.
4. Events and reservations
Events are organised by hotels. The hotel is responsible for an event’s content, time, venue, capacity and delivery, and may change or cancel events. Reservations are subject to capacity, and taking part in an event is subject to the hotel’s rules. No payments are taken through E-vent.
5. Reviews and user content
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you share, such as reviews, comments, reports and photos. Content containing insults, discrimination, other people’s personal data or misleading statements is not allowed. Hotel managers may hide comments that break these terms. Comments you share may be translated automatically into other languages to provide the service.
6. Prohibited use
The service must not be used to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with systems, reverse engineer the software, upload harmful content, collect data with automated tools, or for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide the service reliably and securely, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates or our service providers. We may change, limit or discontinue features for product development, security or legal reasons.
8. Intellectual property
The E-vent name, logo, interface, software and designs belong to or are licensed to Final Terminal. These terms grant you no rights other than using the service for its intended purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Final Terminal is not responsible for the content or delivery of events organised by hotels, for content shared by users, or for interruptions outside its control. Consumers’ statutory rights are not affected.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time (Account Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Privacy
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
13. Changes and contact
